Personalized On-Call Support
During your site reviews, CDM will assign an experienced staff member to be on-call to assist your staff. This staff member will be available after hours to answer questions and guide you if needed.
CDM provides users with pre-made reports designed to answer your presurvey questionnaire. Support staff will assist you with the required presurvey reports if needed. Our goal is support our clients throughout the review process.
When you find out the dates (and times if possible) that your site review will be taking place, Contact CDM to have a CDM staff member available to assist you.
